Yogesh Vaidya founded HCL Group along with 5 other colleagues in 1975. He relocated to California USA in 1989 to set up the international operations for HCL. During his tenure, as the founder and CEO of HCL America, he was responsible for setting up joint ventures in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Europe. Mr. Vaidya left HCL in 1994 and formed Software Technology Group Inc. a venture into education and training for software professionals in San Jose, California, USA. Over the next couple of years, STG had developed impressive clientele in the USA and India. In November 2015, Mr. Vaidya launched Global Medi Advisors Private Ltd (GMA), a Patient Advisory Firm that he envisions playing a key role in Healthcare Services Marketing in India. GMA has been catering to several thousand international & domestic patients every month. It has signed a patient referral association with over 30 top hospitals in India that covers all the top names in private healthcare. GMA is steadily working to be a lead Patient Advisory Firm in India. Mr.Vaidya has joined the board of advisors of Netleaf Software in January 2021. Yogesh Vaidya is a BE in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani. He has also attended the Advanced Management Program at Stanford University, California, USA.
