Netleaf Refund and Cancellation policy

Refund and cancellation policy at Netleaf Software is based on standardized practices that strictly follow industrial norms. We put up with fair assessment practices and all the refund claims are processed with vigilant parameters to make sure the decisions are justified and mutually agreeable.

Refund Policy

Netleaf Software works hard to provide its customers with the best services possible. You have the right to request a refund if you are ever dissatisfied with the services within 30 days of the kickoff meeting. In this scenario, we can offer a refund to any customer who is dissatisfied with our services within 30 days of the date of the first installment. The service tax and hourly fees for the job we performed will be subtracted from the refund before it is given.

Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy covers Netleaf Software’s action and approach towards refunds. This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Netleaf Software does not own or control or of persons that Netleaf Software does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites.

When do you Qualify for Refunds?

When you file a complaint of dissatisfaction or ask for cancellation within 30 days of initiation of the project to Netleaf Software. We first try to resolve the issue and find the best solution to the problem. Refunds can be initiated when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.

While planning for refund we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. As web Design,development projects and digital marketing projects require extensive resources, consumes time and incurs a lot of internal expenses. Therefore, the refund is initiated taking all the things into consideration. An additional cost will be charged to the client for all the work that was done before the refund request. All projects that are completed as defined in the scope of the work, are non-refundable.

No refund will be given if:

  • Post-sales operations has started
  • You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project's specifications.
  • The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.Project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client
  • Project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client
  • if the project gets cancelled or if the client is not responding within 30 days of completion.
  • You have violated our payment terms
  • Web hosting amount paid by the client on an yearly contract can't be refunded since the payment is made to the 3rd party hosting provider in advance by Netleaf Software and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. Monthly / Quarterly contract can be cancelled by informing us at least one month in advance before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, client will have to pay for the renewed duration. No refund will be made for the remaining period of hosting contact if cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.
  • Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once booking is complete.

How Is Refund Processed?

  1. Pre-Refund
    • Refund requests are handled, examined, and verified for validity.
    • Arrange for refunds in permissible situations and settle fully or partly, as the case may be
  2. Post-Refund
    • Sign a proof agreement
    • Unless you have been told otherwise, you destroy all copies of information shared and communication that happened in the due course
  3. Transaction
    • The refund may take 7-10 business days to process, after the refund agreement is signed
    • You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.

Changes
